Terms
These terms cover work bought from Barlako, a trading name of Barlako Enterprises LLP, registered in India.
What we sell
Two kinds of work. Fixed pieces such as the AI visibility audit, quoted and paid before delivery. Build and retainer work, quoted per project against a written scope.
Quotes and scope
Every engagement starts with a written scope naming what is included and what is not. Anything outside it is quoted separately before it is started.
Payment
The audit is $400, paid in full before we start, and delivered in writing within five working days of payment. If you go on to further work, the $400 is credited against your first month. Build work is 50 percent to book the slot and the balance on handover, unless the written scope says otherwise. Invoices are due within 7 days.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel a fixed piece of work before we start it and be refunded in full. Once we have begun it is not refundable, because the work is research and it is already done. For build work, the booking deposit holds your slot and is refundable up to 7 days before the start date.
What we promise
We report what we actually find, including when the finding is that nothing is wrong. We do not guarantee rankings, placements, or that any AI system will name your business. Anyone promising that is guessing.
Your material
Anything you give us stays yours. We use it only to do your work. It is handled as described on our privacy page.
What we build
On full payment, deliverables built specifically for you are yours to keep and use. Our own tools, methods and templates stay ours.
Liability
Our liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of India, and the courts at Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
